Iridescent Resin Snowflake Necklace

Truthfully I am not big into making Christmas themed jewelry. A few years back I spent some time playing with the Ice Resin girls and was tasked to create a winter themed wearable. Snowflakes are one of my favorites so that’s where I started.

Iridescent Resin Snowflake Necklace is two plus inch circular brass hobnail bezel that started with some Ice enamels and a heavy dollop of mica flakes that have a wonderful iridescent glow. The center is a stamped polymer clay piece and the entirety is covered in Ice resin. All of the pearls are glass Swarovski in gorgeous colors of teal, creme, and frosty green added around small brass snowflake charms.

Certain to become your favorite winter season piece of art.

This necklace is a total labor of love and, if I’m completely honest, not really something I want to part with. But I want someone to fall in love with it, acquire it, and wear it. As much as I would like to keep everything I make and love I just can’t justify dusting everything. 🙁

Trinket Care
• Your new jewelry isn’t especially fond of liquids so always remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming, or showering. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth, NO direct water contact and glass or other cleaner is a no-no. Also your Trinkets don’t need a whole lot of rest so please try not to sleep in them.
